As members of Resolution First For Family Law, our family team have been campaigning for many years for the introduction of no-fault divorce. Finally,
the Government has listened and announced that it plans to legislate to allow no-fault divorce.
Nigel Shepherd, former Chair of Resolution said:
“The Government appears to have heeded our calls to make our divorce system fit for the modern age and we will continue to push for this much-needed overdue reform to be implemented as soon as possible.”
