Q. If you are considering your next home move how will the Under One Roof Home Buyers Package benefit you? 


This package has been created with client convenience at its core. We are in the unique position of being able to offer all of these services
Under One Roof. Through this package you will have access to specialist providers who are part of the same team and based in the same location,
which should lead to less admin, less phone calls, less appointments and ultimately less hassle for our clients.

Q. What will this package provide you with?

This convenient package will provide you with:

• Truly independent mortgage advice

• The sourcing and arrangement of tailored life insurance

• One expert residential conveyancer who will guide you through your property transaction including the sale of your current property and the purchase
of your new home.

• The writing and storage of your Will (or mirror Wills for a couple) written by our specialist Wills team.

Q. Do high street lenders offer a similar service?

Not quite, there are many high street lenders who will offer to arrange your mortgage, life insurance and will include your legal fees, however these
lenders are generally tied to their own mortgage and insurance products, as such they are not offering the truly independent service with access to
a wider range of products that we can. In addition, the conveyance of the transaction will more than likely be dealt with by an appointed firm who
may not be local, and as such may not offer you the same level of one-to-one service that we can. Finally, very few high street lenders would be able
to include the creation and storage of your Will as part of this package.

Q. What the costs for the package?

The fixed fee for this package is £2,500*.
