Debt Recovery

We understand that for businesses the recovery of bad debts needs to be properly balanced with the costs of collection and the impact that this may have upon client relations. We appreciate that very often it can only take a properly worded letter to persuade the debtor to settle the debt. Our team of experts will therefore agree at the outset a commercially focused approach tailored to your specific requirements.

Our team has expertise in the following areas:

  • Bankruptcy petitions;
  • County Court proceedings;
  • Pre-action collection;
  • Winding Up petitions;
  • Repossessions
  • Rent arrears
