Chester Licensing Solicitor talks aboutTemporary Event Notices

Tuesday, June 28th, 2011

If you are planning an event at an unlicensed venue with a bar where alcohol will be paid for by those attending the event, you will need a Temporary Event Notice.

This will require you to plan ahead as applications need to be submitted at least 10 days before the event.

You will need to have a person nominated to be responsible for the Temporary Event Notice and your event cannot qualify for a Temporary Event Notice where there are more than 499 people (including staff) attending at the event.

For more information on how to gain a Temporary Event Notice for your event, please contact John Arnold.
