Diana joined the firm in 1977 and became a Partner in 1980.
She specialises in family, matrimonial and collaborative law, including Private Children Act proceedings. She is a Resolution Specialist Family Lawyer with particular specialisms in cohabitation and pension law.
Diana is also a general litigator acting for clients in:
- Personal injury
- General civil litigation
- Building disputes
- Debt recovery
- Contentious probate
- Chancery work
Diana is a member of the local Collaborative Law Group and is also an advanced member of the Family Law Panel and an accredited specialist with Resolution. She is also a qualified mediator.
Diana lives near Chester city centre and considers herself a “townie” who loves socialising. She enjoys music of all sorts, especially classical. She plays the piano and occasionally strums a guitar in a band for barn dance gigs. Diana also enjoys bridge, swimming, walking and entertaining. She is on a local committee for the Alzheimer’s Society, a charity of personal interest.
