Gillian’s career began in a large Bristol firm.  She joined the firm in 1998 when she moved to Chester with her husband and three children. She became a Partner in 2005.

Gillian deals with commercial property matters including:

• Acquisitions and  disposals of commercial and agricultural property;
• Options;
• Easements;
• Wind farms and utilities;
• Adverse possession claims.

She specialises in planning matters including planning applications, enforcement appeals and listed buildings.  She also deals with wills and trusts.

In her spare time Gillian loves to read and go to the theatre, is interested in historic buildings, and is a keen cyclist.
