James Goddard

James was educated at Abbey Gate College, Chester and studied law at Liverpool University before qualifying as a solicitor in 2007.

He joined the firm in 2007 and specialises in commercial property, with a particular emphasis on charity and Church property.  He acts for a number of Estates in Cheshire and beyond and has experience in sales and purchases of commercial property including licensed premises, sales and purchases of agricultural land, leases and land registrations.

James also has experience in dealing with company and LLP formations, shareholders agreements, and company finance and business advice.

Outside work, James’ interests include singing, running, food and wine, and classic cars.
