James graduated in law from the University of Leicester and worked as a Customer Service Manager for the Department of Work and Pensions before joining the firm and qualifying as a solicitor in 2008.
James specialises in commercial property, landlord and tenant law, and company and commercial law. He acts for both landlords and tenants in lease transactions and on behalf of clients in the disposal and acquisition of commercial property. James has experience in a number of commercial sectors including retail, office and industrial.
James also has expertise in business sales and acquisitions with experience in the sale and purchase of SMEs, including the purchase of hotels/pubs and the disposal of dental practices. He also provides general company and commercial advice to business clients.
Outside work, James is interested in travel, music, football, golf and fitness training.
