Sian worked in-house in the energy sector for over ten years at a major plc where her responsibilities included dealing with its operational and commercial property assets.  She joined the firm in 1996 as part of a team specialising in the property and land interests of utility providers.

Sian deals with commercial and industrial property matters and land rights.

In her spare time Sian enjoys watching rugby with her husband and two sons and is the Minis & Juniors Fixture Secretary at Chester RUFC
